The design approach is architectural practice, design language and form is therefore adopted craft the perfect amalgam of the old and the new. Since the site belonged to the place of art or house of art, the villas of the highly dilapidated structure was the biggest challenge faced in the entire process.

Hence, a meticulous conservation process of utmost importance was adopted. The outer façade and the exterior walls are maintained, while only build by second hand roof top as structural elements essential for unique look. Subsequently, using roof top conventional techniques and the building façade has been renovated a new look.

The art and architecture at our destination showcase the unique beauty and creativity of our local craftsmen, and is inspired by the rich natural resources found in the surrounding landscape. One of the most striking landscape is the use of exotic Fossil Rocks and Fossil Wood, which add a stunning and distinct character to our buildings and sculptures.

The use of Fossil Rocks in our architecture is a true testament to the creativity and skill of our local artisans. These rocks are sourced from the surrounding landscape and are millions of years old, bearing witness to the natural history of our region. They are carefully crafted and integrated into our buildings and landscape, creating a seamless blend between human design and nature. Fossil Wood, another natural resource unique to our region, is also used in our art and architecture. This ancient wood is extracted from the earth’s crust and has been preserved for thousands of years. It is transformed into intricate carvings and sculptures, adding a warm and organic element to our surroundings.
